Wicker Hill Planter’s Completed

The new Wicker Hill planting design showcases a beautiful array of vibrant flowers and lush greenery that will surely brighten up the area and bring a touch of nature to the town center. Katie Brown’s thoughtful design not only enhances the visual appeal of the space but also contributes to creating a more welcoming and sustainable environment for the community to enjoy.

With the invaluable assistance of dedicated volunteers Ron, Celia, Ashley, and Charlie from the Neighbourhood’s team, this project was made possible through teamwork and community spirit. Their hard work and commitment have truly made a difference in transforming Wicker Hill into a picturesque and inviting space for all to appreciate.

The coordination of the planting palette and selection of plants has been carefully curated to harmonise with the Castle Street scheme, creating a cohesive and harmonious look that ties the different areas of the town centre together. This continuity in design not only enhances the overall aesthetic but also reinforces the town’s identity and sense of place.

As the Wicker Hill planting design project comes to fruition, it stands as a testament to the power of collaboration, creativity, and community involvement in shaping our shared spaces for the better.
