Trowbridge Town Council approved to seek further legal advice from Hampshire Legal Services prior to making any decisions regarding the acceptability of the asset transfer of Trowbridge Cemetery from Wiltshire Council. The Town Council is due to take over responsibility for the cemetery from Wiltshire Council on 1st April 2024 and it has now been proposed that in addition to a service delegation transfer the asset is transferred in full to the town council.
