Creative Minds Arts and Crafts Trowbridge

Creative Minds Arts & Crafts C.I.C was founded by experienced and qualified care practitioners and they exist, primarily, for the benefit of SEND children and adults (although painting tutorials, pottery classes, half-term activity clubs, and an escape room are also available to the general public).

The entire team at Creative Minds, recognises that therapeutic activities can improve emotional, social, and cognitive development, so they work hard to create a safe, non-judgmental setting where participants can learn or develop artistic skills while widening their circle of friends and enhancing their emotional well-being.

The founders are passionate about their desire to support the vulnerable and underprivileged community of Trowbridge and surrounding towns and have previously supported young children, adolescents, and adults with a broad range of adverse experiences, traumas, and challenging behaviors, as well as additional physical and emotional requirements, such as Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Tourette’s, Cornelia de Lange syndrome, ADHD, Asperger’s, and Autism.

They are all very proud of their growing participant numbers and the reputation we are building within the disabled and SEND communities, but it’s the positive outcomes that our participants have enjoyed that give them the most pleasure. We hope that, with the correct community interest company and/or social enterprise funding, Where they can continue to support their happy band of artists for many years to come.
