Come and have your say on Highway Matters

Wiltshire Council to Hold Highways Matters Events for Residents, hosted by Trowbridge Area Board.

Wiltshire Council’s Area Boards will be hosting a series of public events across the county to discuss “Highways Matters” with locals. Following successful pilot events in Calne and Marlborough, the council will feature presentations on highways issues from Cabinet Members and other council staff, with a focus on answering questions from the public. Previous events have covered topics such as road safety, air quality, speeding and congestion, and the upcoming series of events aims to help residents gain a greater understanding of the way highway services are delivered, while also providing an opportunity to ask questions. Cllr Ashley O’Neill, Cabinet Member for Area Boards, encouraged all residents and local organizations to engage with their local Area Board to help bring about positive change in their communities.

Discussing: Speeding, traffic, air quality, maintenance, community transport and congestion in Trowbridge Community Area.
