Peak Performance by Town Council Team

Peak Performance by Town Council Team

A TEAM of Trowbridge Town Council staff recently completed a mountain-climbing challenge at the weekend to raise money for two local charities.
A councillor from Leer, Trowbridge’s twin town in Germany, and a manager from Tesco Extra in Trowbridge (one of the challenge sponsors) also joined the group as they hiked up and back down Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon over a period of three days, raising over £4,000 for Alzheimer’s Support and Breakthrough Trowbridge in the process.
The money raised will be added to the overall total raised for each charity over the past year, which will be presented at a later date. Donations are still being accepted at this link.
