New homes on former WWDC site

New homes on former WWDC site

A well-known regional housebuilder is proposing a redevelopment of the former West Wiltshire District Council offices site off Bradley Road in advance of a formal planning application submission later this year. Since demolition of the offices in 2012, the site has remained redundant. Following extensive discussions with the site owners, Wiltshire Council, and pre-application consultation with Council Officers, Newland Homes has been selected to deliver a scheme of residential re-development.
Draft plans will be on display at a ‘drop-in’ consultation event, to be held on Wednesday 25th January 2017 at Holbrook Primary School, Holbrook Lane, Trowbridge, between 5pm and 8pm. Members of the Newland Homes’ team will be present to answer questions and explain draft proposals.
Information regarding the consultation, along with feedback forms, will be available from
the Newland Homes website from Tuesday 24th January 2017.
